Using the website

• Use the website only for lawful purposes, and give true and correct details when you book, sign up or send an enquiry.
• Do not try to break, overload, copy or misuse the website or other people's accounts.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity in your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• We may suspend an account that is misused or gives false details.
• You can delete your account at any time from My account → Profile.

Bookings

A booking made online is a request. It is confirmed only when the shop approves it. Repairs are covered by our Repair Terms & Warranty.

Products, prices and availability

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Product photos may be illustrations; the item you buy at the shop may look slightly different.
• Stock shown online can change quickly. Items are sold at the shop; there is no online checkout or home delivery at present.
• If a price is shown wrongly by mistake, we will tell you before you pay and you may decide not to buy.

Content and trademarks

The website design, text and the Ashapura Telecom name and logo belong to us. Phone brand names belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatible products and repairs; we are not an authorised service centre unless clearly stated.

Liability

We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over Palampur, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, will hear any dispute, without affecting your right to approach a Consumer Commission.
