Repair Terms & Warranty

Booking and inspection
- An online booking is a request until the shop confirms it.
- We inspect your phone first. You get a quote before any repair, and nothing is replaced without your approval (in person, by phone/WhatsApp, or in your account).
- If you decline the quote, you collect your phone in the condition it came in. An inspection charge applies only if it was told to you before the inspection.
Before you hand over your phone
- Back up your data. Repairs can sometimes erase data; we are not responsible for data loss.
- Remove SIM and memory cards, and switch off screen locks only if we ask, to test the repair.
- We do not look at your photos, messages or files.
Parts
We tell you whether a part is original, OEM or compatible before fitting it. The part and its price are written on your bill.
Warranty
- Battery replacement: 3 or 6 months, as written on your bill for the battery fitted.
- Other parts and repairs: as written on your bill. If nothing is written, there is no separate warranty beyond your rights under consumer law.
- The warranty covers the replaced part and our workmanship.
- It does not cover physical damage, cracks, liquid damage, burnt or tampered parts, or repairs opened by someone else after ours.
- Bring the bill when you claim warranty.
Collection
- We will call or WhatsApp you when your phone is ready. Please collect it within 30 days.
- If a phone is not collected after repeated reminders, we will contact you before taking any further step allowed by law.
Our responsibility
Some faults (for example water damage or a damaged motherboard) can worsen during repair. We will explain these risks before starting. Our liability for a repair is limited to the amount you paid for that repair, except where the law says otherwise.
